We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these provisions, in our sole discretion.

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of woqep and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, woqep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Reviews posted on woqep reflect the personal opinions of the authors. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content. You acknowledge that any reliance on reviews is at your own risk.

woqep is a global platform without affiliation to any specific country or jurisdiction. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted international commercial principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 60 days, the parties may pursue resolution through internationally recognized arbitration or mediation services of their mutual choosing.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by posting a notice on the Service or by sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
