KitchenAid 24" Top Control Built-In Dishwasher with ProDry and FreeFlex Third Rack, PrintShield

$1,199.00
SKU: KDTM404KPS
4.6(5 reviews)

The KitchenAid KDTM404KPS sits at 44 dBA and uses the ProDry fan-assisted drying system. The FreeFlex third rack has adjustable tines for loading silverware or small bowls, and the PrintShield finish resists fingerprints. The stainless steel tub is a plus over plastic-tub models, and the cycle count covers everything from heavy pots to delicate crystal.

No more rewashing dishes

After a year of using this I have not had to rewash a single dish. The ProWash cycle adjusts automatically, and the high temperature wash option gets out tough grease. The third rack fits all my cooking utensils. The fan dry actually works.

Solid mid-range pick

I bought this on sale and got a great deal. The ProDry is much better than my old Maytag. The FreeFlex third rack is well designed. The control panel takes a few cycles to get used to, but the presets are well thought out.

Quiet and cleans everything

The 44 dBA rating is honest, the cycle options cover everything I need, and the third rack fits silverware and small bowls perfectly. The stainless interior is easy to wipe down. Highly recommend for a KitchenAid kitchen.

Great dishwasher with one minor issue

The KitchenAid cleans beautifully and the ProDry really does dry better than my old condensation dry. The FreeFlex third rack is well designed. The PrintShield finish is not as fingerprint resistant as advertised — I still wipe it down every few days.

Matches my other KitchenAid appliances

I bought the KitchenAid to match my other KitchenAid appliances, and the performance matches the look. The ProDry fan does a great job drying everything including plastics. The FreeFlex third rack is the best third rack I have used. The 44 dBA is great for an open floor plan.
